Please create a meaningful description as that will be shown to your respondants prior to their starting your survey.

You may choose to restrict viewing of results so that a password is required. We, however, highly recommend against that as it doesn't allow the respondant to feel involved with the survey.

When your completed feel free to 'Preview' the name and description of your survey to ensure there are no spelling errors prior to submitting the survey.
